2. Information we may process

Depending on how you interact with us, we may process:

• Contact information: your name, email address and the contents of a message when you contact us for support or provide feedback.
• Order information: limited purchase and order details made available to us by Lemon Squeezy so that we can deliver the product, provide support and maintain transaction records.
• Basic technical information: hosting and security providers may automatically process information such as an IP address, browser type, request time and diagnostic or security logs when the website is accessed.

We do not ask for or receive your online banking password, full payment-card number or bank account credentials through this website.

3. Private calculator data

The included calculator runs locally in your browser. Information you enter—such as merchant names, amounts, renewal dates and decisions—is stored using local browser storage on your device. It is not sent to us by the calculator.

You control this information. You can export it to a CSV file, edit it or remove it by clearing the calculator data or your browser storage. Anyone with access to your device or exported files may be able to view that information, so protect your device and files appropriately.

4. Checkout and payment processing

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as Merchant of Record. When you follow a checkout link, Lemon Squeezy collects and processes the information required to complete the transaction, which may include billing, payment, tax and fraud-prevention information. Lemon Squeezy’s handling of that data is governed by its own privacy policy.

We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.

5. How we use information

We may use the limited information described above to:

• deliver the product and support your purchase;
• respond to questions, refund requests or technical problems;
• maintain records needed for accounting, compliance and dispute handling;
• protect the website, product and customers against misuse or fraud; and
• improve the product using feedback you choose to provide.

Where applicable, we rely on performing a contract, complying with legal obligations, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the product, or your consent.

6. Analytics, advertising and cookies

We do not currently use Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, TikTok Pixel, PostHog or similar advertising and analytics tools on this website. The hosting platform and Lemon Squeezy may use cookies or comparable technologies that are necessary for security, authentication, checkout and service operation under their own policies.

If we later add non-essential analytics or advertising technologies, this policy will be updated and any consent mechanism required by applicable law will be provided before those technologies are used.

7. When information is shared

We may share information only with service providers needed to operate the website, process orders, deliver files, provide email support, prevent fraud or comply with law. This includes Lemon Squeezy and website infrastructure providers. We may also disclose information when legally required or when needed to protect legal rights and prevent harm.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

8. Retention and security

We keep support and order information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention and dispute requirements. Retention by Lemon Squeezy and other independent providers is governed by their own policies.

We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. International processing

The website and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers of personal information.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to request portability, or to withdraw consent.
