Refund policy

A clear process when the product is not right for you.

Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Requests are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, under its platform rules and any consumer rights that apply to you.

1. What this policy covers

This policy applies to purchases of The Money Leak Reset digital product. The purchase is a one-time payment and does not create a subscription.

2. How to request a refund

Email nightwishh@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. Include your Lemon Squeezy order number and the email address used for the purchase so that the order can be located. We normally respond within two business days.

3. Duplicate purchases and technical problems

If you were charged more than once, did not receive the product, or received a defective or unreadable file, contact us as soon as possible. We will first try to correct the delivery or file problem. If it cannot be corrected promptly, the affected purchase will be refunded.

4. How requests are processed

Lemon Squeezy processes payments and refunds as Merchant of Record. Refund requests are reviewed individually and remain subject to Lemon Squeezy's platform rules, fraud checks and applicable law. Lemon Squeezy may refuse a request in cases of suspected fraud, abuse or other circumstances allowed by its terms.

5. Receiving an approved refund

Approved refunds are returned through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method. The time needed for the funds to appear may depend on Lemon Squeezy, the payment network and your financial institution.

6. Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights available under the law that applies to you. If local law gives you additional cancellation, refund or remedy rights, those rights continue to apply.
